Martin is a seasoned programme and project management leader with an extensive multi-year tenure steering high-stakes initiatives inside a major global technology enterprise.
Throughout his corporate career, Martin operated at the intersection of operational delivery, organisational change, and executive alignment — leading complex, multi-stakeholder programmes where the margin for error was slim and the expectations were unambiguous. He developed a reputation for cutting through complexity, aligning disparate teams, and driving delivery in environments that would challenge most leadership teams.
After years of building and executing at that level, he recognised a consistent gap in the market: senior leaders with genuine strategic intelligence, who nonetheless struggled to translate vision into aligned, accountable, sustained execution across their organisations.
