Throughout his 18-year career at Apple, Martin led learning, leadership development and talent-development programmes, designing and delivering initiatives that developed people and leaders at scale within a highly complex global organisation.
A significant part of that experience involved bringing globally developed learning and leadership programmes to local audiences — translating established frameworks and content into practical experiences that worked across Ireland, Europe and diverse organisational environments.
After his time at Apple, Martin launched Atlantic Edge Leadership with a clear focus: bringing world-class leadership development home to Donegal, in official partnership with Leadership Management International (LMI).
LMI brings more than 60 years of leadership-development expertise and globally established frameworks. Martin brings his enterprise experience, international perspective and direct, personal facilitation to make those programmes practical and accessible for Irish businesses.
