If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@atlanticedgeleadership.ie.
2. What Data We Collect and Why
We only collect personal data when you actively provide it to us. We do not collect data passively through tracking, cookies, or analytics tools.
Contact Form Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry via the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, company name, organisation size, area of interest, and the details of your enquiry. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call if appropriate.
Our contact form is processed by Formspree Inc. (formspree.io), a third-party form delivery service. Formspree receives your submitted data and forwards it to us by email. We recommend reviewing Formspree's Privacy Policy for details of how they handle data in transit.
Booking Scheduler
When you book a discovery call using our scheduling tool, your booking details (name, email, and selected time) are processed by the scheduling platform. Please review the privacy policy of the relevant scheduling provider for details.
Email Correspondence
If you contact us directly by email, we will retain your email and contact details for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and, where relevant, managing our business relationship with you.
3. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not use cookies to track visitors. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tools.
Your browser may store standard technical data locally (such as cached files) to improve page load speed. This is a browser function and does not involve any tracking of your behaviour or identity.
No consent is required to visit this website because no tracking cookies are set.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under GDPR:
- Legitimate interests - responding to enquiries you have initiated and managing our business relationships.
- Contract performance - where we have entered into a commercial relationship, processing is necessary to deliver our programmes and services.
- Legal obligation - where we are required to retain records for tax, VAT, or regulatory purposes.
5. How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain enquiry data for as long as is necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months if no business relationship results.
Where a business relationship exists, we retain relevant records for the period required by Irish tax and company law, typically 7 years.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the third-party service providers required to operate this website and deliver our programmes:
- Formspree Inc. - contact form processing. Data is transmitted to us and not retained by Formspree beyond what is required for delivery.
- Netlify Inc. - website hosting. Netlify processes standard server request logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) for infrastructure purposes. These are anonymised and not used for tracking.
- Cal.eu - discovery call scheduling. If you use the booking widget, your booking details are processed by Cal.eu in accordance with their privacy policy.
7. Your Rights Under GDPR
As a data subject under GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access - you can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification - you can ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure - you can ask us to delete your data where we have no legal obligation to retain it.
- Right to object - you can object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Right to complain - you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
