3. Programme Enrolment and Delivery

Enquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a binding agreement. Programme enrolment is confirmed only when Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited issues a written confirmation and the agreed fees have been received or payment terms agreed.

All programme fees, timelines, and delivery arrangements are agreed directly between Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited and the client organisation prior to commencement. Payments are handled offline by invoice. No payments are taken through this website.

Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited reserves the right to decline or discontinue an engagement where circumstances require, with reasonable notice provided to the client.

4. LMI Programmes and Intellectual Property

Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited delivers certain programmes under licence from Leadership Management International (LMI). The Total Leader®, Effective Personal Productivity, Effective Consultative Selling, and related programme materials are the intellectual property of LMI and are used under a valid facilitation licence.

All programme materials, workbooks, frameworks, and resources provided during LMI programmes remain the intellectual property of LMI and are licensed for participant use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to deliver training to third parties without prior written authorisation.

The Train the Trainer and Presentation Skills programmes are delivered by Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited using proprietary frameworks developed by Martin Kennedy. These materials are protected and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.

5. Digital Certificates of Completion

Participants who successfully complete a programme receive a Digital Certificate of Completion issued by Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited. These certificates recognise programme completion and the practical skills developed during the programme.

These certificates are not QQI-accredited qualifications. They are professional development certificates issued by Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited and recognised within the context of our programmes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The information on this website is provided in good faith. Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.
