2. Use of This Website

By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This website is intended to provide information about Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited and the programmes we deliver. The content is for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or damage the site, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation when making an enquiry.

3. Programme Enrolment and Delivery

Enquiries submitted through this website do not constitute a binding agreement. Programme enrolment is confirmed only when Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited issues a written confirmation and the agreed fees have been received or payment terms agreed.

All programme fees, timelines, and delivery arrangements are agreed directly between Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited and the client organisation prior to commencement. Programme fees are paid by invoice.

Tickets for public sessions and events are paid by card. Card payments are processed by Stripe on its own hosted payment page. We do not receive or store your full payment card number through our website.

Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited reserves the right to decline or discontinue an engagement where circumstances require, with reasonable notice provided to the client.

4. Public Sessions and Events: Booking Terms

These terms apply to tickets for our public live online sessions, including "The conversation you've been putting off" on Thursday 26 November 2026, 12.30pm to 2pm Irish time, held live on Microsoft Teams.

Price and payment. The price is EUR 47 per person plus VAT at 23%. One person may pay for the entire group. The payer must provide the attendee details needed to administer the booking, and receives confirmation of the booking and the relevant payment documentation. Payment is by card through Stripe.

If you cannot attend. You may transfer your ticket to a colleague by emailing us up to 48 hours before the session. We will refund you in full if you ask at least 48 hours before the session.

If we cancel or reschedule. If Atlantic Edge Leadership cancels the session, you will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer your booking to a rescheduled date. If we reschedule the session, you will be offered a clear choice, including a refund if you cannot attend the replacement date.

Recording and confidentiality. The session will not be recorded by Atlantic Edge Leadership. Participants must not record, screenshot, reproduce or distribute the session or other participants' contributions without appropriate permission. Please respect the confidentiality of personal experiences and examples shared by other participants. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat. We cannot guarantee that another participant will never make an unauthorised recording or disclose something discussed in the session.

Nothing in these booking terms affects your statutory rights.

5. Effective Personal Productivity and LMI Programme Terms

Effective Personal Productivity is delivered by Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited as an authorised LMI partner. Any LMI programme guarantee or money-back offer is subject to the applicable programme terms and eligibility requirements, which will be provided before enrolment. Participation does not guarantee any particular individual or business outcome.

6. LMI Programmes and Intellectual Property

Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited delivers certain programmes under licence from Leadership Management International (LMI). Effective Personal Productivity, Effective Leadership Development, Effective Personal Leadership, Effective Motivational Leadership, Effective Consultative Selling, and related programme materials are the intellectual property of LMI and are used under a valid facilitation licence.

All programme materials, workbooks, frameworks, and resources provided during LMI programmes remain the intellectual property of LMI and are licensed for participant use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used to deliver training to third parties without prior written authorisation.

The Train the Trainer and Presentation Skills programmes are delivered by Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited using proprietary frameworks developed by Martin Kennedy. These materials are protected and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without express written consent.

7. Digital Certificates of Completion

Participants who successfully complete a programme receive a Digital Certificate of Completion issued by Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited. These certificates recognise programme completion and the practical skills developed during the programme.

These certificates are not QQI-accredited qualifications. They are professional development certificates issued by Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited and recognised within the context of our programmes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The information on this website is provided in good faith. Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Atlantic Edge Leadership Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including LMI Ireland (lmi.ie), Cal.com, our scheduling provider, and Stripe, our payment provider.
