Who is LMI?
Leadership Management International (LMI) creates leadership and personal development programmes. It was founded in 1966. Its programmes are used in more than 90 countries and 30 languages, and more than 2 million leaders have taken part.
In Ireland the programmes are provided by LMI Ireland. They are built to be applied at work: participants set goals, practise between sessions and review their progress.
Why I chose LMI
After more than 18 years at Apple leading learning, leadership and talent-development programmes, I wanted to apply that experience to world class content.
LMI has been developing leaders since 1966, and its programmes are built to be applied at work: participants set goals, practise between sessions and review their progress. That is the kind of development I wanted to offer Irish organisations.
The content and methodology are LMI’s. I facilitate every programme personally, and deliver each one through the Leadership Performance Blueprint, our structure for what happens before, during and after it.

LMI programmes qualify for CPD points.
LMI Ireland programmes now qualify for Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points. Participants can earn recognised CPD credits while developing their leadership, communication, productivity and performance skills.
Many professional bodies require their members to keep up CPD. Much of it is technical. LMI programmes work on the other side of the job: personal effectiveness, leading with confidence, managing priorities, team performance and communication.
