Live online session. Thursday 26 November, 12:30 to 13:30.The conversation you’ve been putting off.
A 60 minute session for managers who know what needs saying and keep finding a reason to wait. You will leave with a simple way to say it clearly, kindly and in a way that leads to action.
EUR 59 per person, including VAT
Does this sound familiar?
-
You know you need to have the conversation, but you keep putting it off.
-
You gave the feedback, and nothing changed.
-
You worry that being honest will damage a good working relationship.
-
You soften the message so much that it no longer says anything.
The hidden cost of putting it off
Small issues turn into big ones. The person who needs to hear it hears it late, or from someone else. Standards slip, and the rest of the team notices.
In LRN’s 2016 HOW Report, only 8% of organisations scored high on speaking out, which includes giving honest feedback.

Who is it for?
New and experienced managers, team leads, supervisors, and the HR and L&D people who support them. Examples are drawn from Irish workplaces: a manufacturing floor, a busy kitchen, a family business, a team where you were promoted over your friends.
