I want my leaders to set the direction.
Senior leaders can stay absorbed in day-to-day operations, so direction gets less time than it needs.
Does this sound familiar?
- Senior people are absorbed in day-to-day work and need to spend more time on where the business is going.
- You need people ready to step up, and want a clear path from first-time manager to senior leader.
- You want team leaders, managers and senior leaders working from the same principles.
What is it costing you?
When senior leaders stay in day-to-day operational management, where the business is going gets less of their time than it needs. People work hard, but not always in the same direction.

- Money

But there is a problem with training.
A good session alone is not the same as a lasting change. Here is what the research says.
Many trained competencies reportedly fail to transfer to the workplace.
Memory fades in the days after we learn something, a pattern first described in 1885 and replicated in 2015.
